Tri State Writers Society is a nonprofit workshop for published and
unpublished writers who share a common interest–writing. We
believe that like leopards in the wild, aspiring writers can sometimes feel
alone in this solitary craft. A writers' group can help "leopards" become a
pride of lions--encouraging individuals to come together to pursue their
literary goals.
We warmly welcome new members of all writing genres. As a group led by
instructor Karen "Karina" Majoris-Garrison, we engage in writing exercises,
critiques, book reviews, etc. to help us develop and improve our talent for
writing. Published members also share their publishing experiences, ideas, and
critiques. Our goal is to support, encourage, and motivate our members in their
quest for publication and success.
